Really kind and thoughtful team, they repaired my rig and also helped me in understanding my PC and what I needed to achieve a solid 80-120fps 1440p AAA and some 4K AAA gaming experience and video editing. I was also helped with thermals, undervolting and overclocking, to achieve different profile setting for what I needed when gaming or video editing.
They know the software, games, and compatibility between different set ups, I've got an i9-13900k with most recent bios updates and a 4080 super and after the thermal and repair, I've never had an issue and now been able to reach my peak performance with awesome thermals. PC has AIO, fan set up, they helped me understand what's going on, I now have a silent mode when doing non demanding tasks or gaming. It's a beast of a rig and they really helped dial it in.
